In addition to the provision of fixed.IP access mdex can also provide suitable subscription tariffs for the T-Mobile (Germany) and Vodafone (Germany) mobile phone networks. You may also be able to benefit from the competitive conditions which we can offer via our existing framework contracts with these operators.
The actual contractual relationship is established between you and the network operator and is based on the operator’s terms and conditions. (Visit the Business Data Plan sections at www.t-mobile.de or www.vodafone.de for more details).

The procurement procedure is as follows:

1. Register for free and without obligations on the my-mdex portal or simply log in, should you already be registered.

2. Download our mobile subscription form from the site. The form contains all the necessary tariff and plan details. Then return the completed form via fax or email to us.

3. We will then create a network operator’s contract form based upon the data you provide and return it via email to you.

4. Print out the form; sign it and send it via postal mail to us together with a copy of your company’s entry in the Commercial Register. To speed up the procedure you can also send us an advance copy via email. Your order will not become binding until we have received the signed operator’s contract by postal mail.

5. We will then order the requested subscription plan from the network operator online, including the sending of the SIM cards.

6. The operator will accept the request and send the SIM cards via postal mail to you. The activation date for the SIM card will be the one you entered on the request form.

As a general rule it takes only 2-4 working days from sending the signed operator’s contract form by fax or email before the SIM cards ordered are dispatched to the delivery address stated.
